Shipping & Return Policy
Incase if you would like to initiate a Refund or Exchange Request for any of our given product, you can do so within 10 days of the order delivered. We would suggest you to drop us an email at divinecreationindia@gmail.com listing the issue.
We will not accept your Returned items if:
• We will not accept your cancellation request in case the order was preordered or customized to suit your requirements. We will also not accept your cancellation request in case of wholesale orders.
• We will not accept your Returned requisite if found altered in any way, scratched or misused. The items you return to us must be in new & original condition as sent by us.
• We will not accept your Returned items without original packaging & incase of missing accessories/freebies if included. It is your duty to ensure the item is
well packed before returning back to us. The shipping charges for returning the item will be borne by the customer.
• We will not accept your cancellation request beyond 30 days from the date the items were shipped to you. Divine Creation will not be held responsible for the same. If the item is received within the 30 days period Divine Creation will refund the entire cost of the product minus the original shipping charges
applied at the time of your order.
Divine Creation will accept your returned items only if:
• The item sent by us is Damaged or Defective in any way.
• The item is significantly different from the one listed on our website.
• If we have delivered completely wrong product than the one you ordered.
• If we sent the product in wrong Size/Color.
• If we sent the wrong quantity than your original order.
• If we have left back missing items with us.

Our Shipping Policy
• We usually dispatch the goods through the best professional courier company.
• Once we receive the order, we will do the packaging and send the order within 2-3 days’ time. If there is any delay you will be notified from our end.
• Once we dispatch the order it may take 7-15 days to reach you depending on your destination. • In case of quantity order you will be charged additional shipping cost. Details of the same will be notified to you before dispatch.
• If your ordered item is out of stock, we will provide you full refund within 2 days.
